The Constitution of 1787 was a masterpiece for it's time. Unfortunately, the authors left too much for granted (including the integrity of public officials), allowing massive abuses of individual liberty by our government. I think it is time we all gave serious thought to reforming the Constitution on a broader scale then a few individual amendments. Here is my own proposal, which I believe has merit. Most of it comes from the Constitution of 1787 and the Articles of Confederation, with a large number of modifications of my own.

Tax Relief for the Poor Is a Minimum Wage the Answer?
Instead of government burdening business and meddling in everyone's life by dictating minimum wages, how about really helping the poor by taking the burden of government taxes off them? (Sorry, am I being too logical here?)
